تشرح هذه الصفحة كيف تطلب حذف حسابك في «لعبة صلاح الدين» (واسمها HoldBlox في المتاجر بغير العربية) والبيانات المرتبطة به. اللعبة من تطوير ونشر Studio 394.

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل اللعبة

1. افتح اللعبة وسجّل الدخول بالحساب الذي تريد حذفه (Google أو Apple).
2. من القائمة الرئيسية افتح «ملفي».
3. اختر «الحساب والخصوصية» ثم «حذف الحساب».
4. اضغط «احذف حسابي» وسجّل الدخول مرة أخيرة للتأكيد.

يُحذف الحساب فورًا بعد التأكيد.

الطريقة الثانية: بالبريد الإلكتروني

إذا لم تعد اللعبة على جهازك، أرسل إلى albrektv@gmail.com رسالة بعنوان «حذف حساب لعبة صلاح الدين» من البريد المرتبط بحسابك (أو اذكر فيها ذلك البريد واسمك في اللعبة). نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا على الأكثر ونرد عليك بالتأكيد.

ما الذي يُحذف

• ملفك على خادم اللعبة: اسمك في اللعبة وصورتك وإحصائياتك ومهامك وتقدّمك.
• نتائج مبارياتك أونلاين.
• حسابك في Firebase Authentication: معرّف المستخدم والبريد الإلكتروني والاسم.
• ربط تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple، إن كنت دخلت به.

ما الذي يبقى ولماذا

• النسخ الاحتياطية اليومية لقاعدة البيانات، وتُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 14 يومًا.
• مشترياتك، لأنها مرتبطة بحسابك في Google Play أو App Store وليست محفوظة لدينا.
• ما هو محفوظ على جهازك فقط (المعارك المحفوظة والإعدادات)، ويُحذف بحذف اللعبة من جهازك.
• بيانات الإعلانات التي تجمعها Google AdMob تخضع لسياسة Google، ويمكنك إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه من إعدادات جهازك ← Google ← الإعلانات.

This page explains how to ask for your account in HoldBlox («لعبة صلاح الدين», its name in Arabic store listings) and the data linked to it to be deleted. The game is developed and published by Studio 394.

Option 1: inside the game

1. Open the game and sign in with the account you want to delete (Google or Apple).
2. From the main menu, open Profile.
3. Choose Account and privacy, then Delete account.
4. Tap Delete my account and sign in once more to confirm.

The account is deleted as soon as you confirm.

Option 2: by email

If the game is no longer on your device, email albrektv@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my HoldBlox account" from the address linked to your account (or include that address and your in-game name). We delete the account within 30 days at most and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile on the game's server: your in-game name, portrait, figures, missions and progress.
• Your online match results.
• Your Firebase Authentication account: user ID, email address and name.
• The Sign in with Apple link, if you used it.

What is kept, and why

• Daily database backups, which are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Your purchases, which belong to your Google Play or App Store account and are not stored by us.
• Data kept only on your device (saved battles and settings), which is removed when you delete the game.
• Advertising data collected by Google AdMob, which falls under Google's policy; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings under Google → Ads.
